Shane Mason, II

SSG (Ret.) Shane Mason The II was born in Orange County California. Shane served for twenty-five years in the US Army before his retirement in 2009. Over the course of Shane’s career, he deployed for numerous Combat and humanitarian missions to include Panama, Haiti, Belize, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq. Shane’s state side assignments include Fort Lee, Virginia: Fort Sam,Houston, Texas: Fort Dix, New Jersey: Fort Bragg, North Carolina: Fort Polk, Louisiana and Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Shane’s overseas assignments include Camp La Guardia, Korea and Camp Doha, Kuwait. Shane Military awards include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, six Army Commendation Medals, Global War on Terror Service and Expeditionary Medals, the Iraq Campaign Medal, Joint Unit Meritorious Award, two Humanitarian Service Medals, and badges to include the Parachutist, Drivers’ and Mechanic Badges.
Shane is married to the former Donna Mohr of Grays Creek, North Carolina. Shane is the father of five daughters and grandfather to five granddaughters and one grandson. Shane and Donna live in Lawton with their youngest daughter Stephanie.
Mark D. Smith
Vice President of the Board, Director of Finance
SGT (Ret.) Mark D. Smith was born in Stoneham, Massachusetts and served in the US Army for 12 years as a 13B Cannoneer before being medically retired. Mark’s stateside assignments include Fort Sill, Oklahoma and Fort Lewis, Washington.Mark’s overseas assignments include Camp Hovey, Korea and Vilsec, Germany. Mark’s deployments include OIF II in 2004-2005 and OIF 07-19 in 2007-2009. Mark’s awards include four Army Commendation Medals, five Army Achievement Medals, Global War on Terror Service and Expeditionary Medals, the Iraqi Campaign Medal, and the Track Vehicle, Wheeled Vehicle, and Sharpshooter Badges. Mark currently lives in Lawton,Oklahoma.

Rev Charles A. Leggett was born in North Carolina and grew up in Virginia. After graduating from Virginia Military Institute in 1993, Charles pursed a calling to ministry, graduating from the Baptist Theological Seminar at Richmond in 1997. Between 1993 and 2003, Charles served four Virginia Baptist Church as a Youth Minister. In 2003, Charles entered the US Army as a Chaplain. Charles reported to 2nd Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division for is first assignment. After 8 years on active duty, Charles transitioned to the US Army Reserves. Charles’ Military assignments Include Fort Hood, Fort Sill and two extended tours to Iraq. Military awards include two Bronze Stars, Meritorious Service Medal, two Army Commendation medals, five Army Achievement Medals, Combat Action Badge and The Honorable Order of Saint Barbara. Rev. Leggett lives in Lawton, Oklahoma with his wife Amanda and their two childern, Caleb and Lucy.
William P. Leggett,Jr was born in EnField,North Carolina and is a graduate of Wake Forest University. William has served several careers in his lifetime, including twenty years as an Administrative Manager with Burlington Industries, eight years as a professional Educator in Red Springs,North Carolina and Powhatan,Virginia,and three years as the owner/operator of an independent grocery store. William is a father of four(including three Veterans), grandfather of ten and great-grandfather of twelve. William was married to the late Lucy Richardson Leggett of Whiteville,North Carolina for 46 years. William currently resides in Lawton, Oklahoma.
